A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Sherman County Soil and Water Conservation District, Sherman, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held at the USDA Service Center, Moro located at 302 Scott Street, Moro, OR 97039. The meeting will take place on May 12, 2020 at 8:00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. To promote physical social separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board Chair has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only.

Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee should contact the District Manager at least 48 hours prior to the noticed meeting time by phone at 541-565-3216 ext. 109 or by email at amanda.whitman@or.nacdnet.net.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 12, 2020 at 302 Scott Street, Moro, OR 97039 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. Materials will be posted online at www.shermancountyswcd.com.
