Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) programmatic update.

NRCS will only have one application deadline, January 15, 2025, for Fiscal Year 2026 EQIP (Environmental Quality Incentive Program) and CSP (Conservation Stewardship Program) General funding.

If you have completed an EQIP application in Fiscal Year 2025, you will not need to complete a new application.  If you have any questions about your EQIP application, please contact the NRCS representative that you have been working with.

If you have completed a CSP General Funding application in a previous year, or want to sign a new CSP application, you will be required to sign a new application.  Due to new rules and policy, all applicants need to speak with Misty Strayhorn, District Conservationist, prior to signing up for the program.
